#YourRole
During your tenure as Consultant/Senior Consultant you will demonstrate and develop the ability to:

• Managing, implementing and administering Employee Benefits programs, including company; car fleet, medical & life insurance plans, pension schemes, wellness initiatives and other fringe benefits;
• Support & maintain existing relationships with vendors and act as a liaison between employees and vendors;
• Respond to benefits inquiries from employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries;
• Manage and continuously improve the overall Employee Benefits framework for a large and diverse workforce;
• Administer leave requests and create relevant reports;
• Be an advocate of Deloitte's culture and values;
• Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive employee data.

Our ideal candidate is a bright and enthusiastic professional who focuses on delivering work of high quality, commits to high levels of client service and has the ability to work under strict timelines. We expect that you have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, the ability to work effectively within a team.
In particular, to qualify for the role you must have:

• Academic background related to Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics or relevant field from a well-acclaimed University in Greece or abroad;
• Three (3) to Four (4) years of relevant work experience as an Employee Benefits Administration or similar role in an organized HR department;
• Experience working in large, structured or fast-paced organizations;
• Solid verbal and written communication skills (English & Greek);
• Excellent use of MS Office tools;
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels;
• Analytical mind, strong attention to detail, ability to manage your time properly and prioritize;
• Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws will be considered an asset;
• Proven ability to serve and communicate across all levels of an organization.
