Position Summary

As an IT Manager, you will lead our IT department and oversee the technology infrastructure across all functions. You will be responsible for ensuring the security, availability, and performance of our IT systems while supporting the company's rapid growth and digital transformation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the IT team, providing guidance, development, and performance evaluation.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure including networks, hardware, software, and support systems.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to assess and deliver IT needs and solutions.
  • Implement cybersecurity strategies and disaster recovery plans.
  • Evaluate and select technology vendors, manage budgets, and negotiate contracts.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and system efficiency across all company locations.
  • Monitor system performance and report on key metrics to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant IT laws, GDPR, and internal data poli
Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven experience in IT operations, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, systems administration, and cybersecurity.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud services, SaaS tools, and enterprise software.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is considered a plus.
  • Experience in fast-paced or scale-up environments is a plus.
