Credit Officer

Credit Officer
in their
Finance & Control Division
to contribute to the credit management of the company.

Responsibilities

• Implement the dunning process for MV & Large Accounts through daily client communication and propose repayment solutions.
• Handle client requests (balance statements, invoices, complaints, disputes).
• Monitor active settlements and resettlements in line with credit policies.
• Manage cheques and guarantees, ensuring timely receipt and appropriate coverage.
• Prepare electronic files for terminated clients under legal action and support collection processes with law firms.
• Provide back-office support for terminated client collections.
• Monitor and communicate monthly commissions to sales representatives and coordinate billing files.
• Maintain regular communication with sales representatives and handle their requests.
• Provide required documents for credit insurance procedures; monitor credit limits and liaise with the insurance company.
• Process customer payments via credit cards and direct debit.
• Contribute to monthly credit management reporting.
• Assist in the development and monitoring of credit policies.

Requirements

• A BSc in Economics or relevant field.
• A postgraduate degree will be considered an asset.
• Up to 5 years relevant working experience in a multinational company.
• Experience in credit management areas and collection processes.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office, CRM Software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Result-oriented, hands-on approach, with determination and drive to achieve results to move major initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills.
