We're looking for a Founding Engineer (Full Stack) to help us build the next generation of the UniStudents app and scale to students.

UniStudents is where 250,000+ university students already manage their studies and get rewarded with real gifts from brands for their academic progress. We're turning student life into a gamified journey of rewards, community and progress.

The Role

We're looking for a builder, someone who wants to shape both product and platform from the ground up.

Wou will:

  • Build our mobile app on both Android & iOS
  • Design and maintain backend architecture, APIs, and integrations
  • Own app performance, reliability, and security
  • Talk to users, understand their needs, and design solutions
  • Work with our founding team and designers to build a high-quality product
  • Stay current on iOS tools, frameworks, and best practices

This is a high-ownership role where you'll shape both the product and the platform. You'll work closely with the team and move fast.

 
Your Background

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has built and shipped real-world apps
  • Highly experienced in React Native
  • Can debug, profile, and optimize both iOS/Android performance
  • High attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Likes working directly with users and building from feedback
  • Strong product knowledge and UX intuition
