Company Description

Sea Pioneer Shipping Corporation is a leading maritime company managing a fleet of 16 vessels. We are seeking
to recruit a Technical Superintendent to join our Athens office for our wet & dry fleet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate for the complete fleet implementation of Telemetry , Data Acquisition matters, engines and fleet performance with a data collection and monitoring system..
  • Monitor and analyze vessel performance metrics, such as fuel consumption, emissions, and speed, to help improve efficiency.
  • Ensure data quality and share insights that can enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with IMO, EU, ETS, EEXI, and CII regulations.
  • Work closely with technical manager, and external partners to find and implement solutions that boost efficiency.
  • Prepare and present reports with practical recommendations for performance improvement.

Requirements

  • A degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • We prefer candidates with 1-2 years of experience in maritime engineering, vessel performance, or energy efficiency.
  • A solid understanding of marine propulsion, energy efficiency principles, and data analytics tools is important.
  • Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and strong computer literacy are essential
    ; familiarity with data analysis tools would be a plus.
