Middle - Level Cloud Engineer

Are you ready to take your cloud engineering career to the next level? At Antyxsoft, we're looking for a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Cloud Engineer to support our clients and build innovative infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Server provisioning: Deploy and configure servers, both physical and virtual, based on client requirements. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient server setup.
• Infrastructure monitoring: Monitor the performance, availability, and security of the infrastructure systems. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks to maintain optimal system performance.
• Management of Office 365: Assist clients with basic Office 365 setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. Provide guidance and support on Office 365 applications, such as Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Networking tasks: Possess a fundamental understanding of networking concepts and protocols. Assist in troubleshooting network-related issues and collaborate with network engineers for more complex problems.
• Customer support: Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, or ticketing system. Troubleshoot and resolve system-related problems, guiding clients through proper solutions.
• Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Generate reports on system performance, issues, and resolutions as required.
• Night Shift Schedule and remote work: Participate in a rotating night shift schedule, allowing coverage during non-business hours. Additionally, have the ability to work from home during scheduled shifts, ensuring seamless support and system management.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Engage in self-learning and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or arelated field. Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: AzureAdministrator Associate or CompTIA Network will be considered a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud engineering or related role.Familiarity with server provisioning, infrastructure monitoring tools, andbasic Office 365 administration is preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of serverhardware, operating systems, and virtualization technologies.
• Proficient in scripting languages(e.g. PowerShell, Python, bash) for automation and system management tasks.
• Familiarity with cloud platformssuch as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Knowledge of basic networkingconcepts, protocols (TCP/IP, DNS), and troubleshooting.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyse complextechnical issues, troubleshoot problems, and propose effective solutions.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts toboth technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong teamwork andcollaboration skills.
