Role Overview
We are looking for a Mid/Senior Account Executive to manage and support our network of franchise partners. This is a B2B-focused role, involving daily collaboration with suppliers, operational oversight, and ensuring consistent service quality across the network.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support the network of franchisees
- Conduct B2B audits (operational and commercial)
- Onboard new partners and guide them through processes
- Monitor partner performance and service quality
- Prepare evaluations and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate closely with internal departments
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a B2B environment, audits, or partner
management (required)
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of MS Office and comfort with computer use
- Organizational thinking and professional communication
Desired Qualifications
- Additional foreign languages
- Experience with CRM systems or other business tools
