Engineering Geologist

TRITON
is looking for an
Engineering Geologist / Geotechnical Civil Engineer
to join the Company's Team based in Athens and get involved in the design of large-scale Maritime & Infrastructure Works both in Greece and abroad. Successful candidate will be able to work closely with a Team of high professionalism and undertake a variety of roles in the whole design process of a Project, extending from field surveying to the submission of detail technical studies.

Role:

• Contribution to the Engineering/Foundation Design of infrastructure/maritime works.
• Preparation of technical reports, calculations, BoQ and cost estimates.
• Preparation of factual & interpretative geotechnical reports.
• Contribution to the preparation of technical drawings (general layouts, cross-sections, dredging layouts, construction details, BOQ tables, etc.).
• Close collaboration with engineers in civil/maritime designs/concepts.
• Supervision of geotechnical field surveys.

Requirements:

• University Degree ("AEI") in Geology, Civil Engineering & relevant fields.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD Civil (2D & 3D)
• Fulfilled military obligations (for men)
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Ability to work efficiently with multiple tasks
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Postgraduate (MSc, MEng) studies or
  previous working experience
  in Engineering Geology or Geotechnical Engineering will be highly appreciated
• Knowledge of relevant Geotechnical software (Plaxis, Larix, Settle 3D, Geo5, etc.) will be considered as a strong asset.
