experienced Yacht Broker
to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Handling and developing
  yacht charter and sales enquiries
  (direct clients and broker-to-broker)
• Building and maintaining a strong
  international broker and client network
• Promoting the fleet (charter & sales) in a professional and commercially effective manner
• Negotiating charter terms, rates, and agreements
• Coordinating closely with operations and management teams to ensure smooth charter execution
• Monitoring market trends, competition, and commercial opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a
  Yacht Broker
  or in a similar role within the yachting industry
• Solid knowledge of the
  charter and/or sales market
  , particularly in Greece and the Mediterranean
• Excellent command of
  English
  (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong
  communication and negotiation skills
• Professional attitude, autonomy, and strong commercial mindset
• Ability to manage
  high-end clientele
  with discretion and confidence
