What You Will Do:
  • Support customers via phone, chat, and email
  • Handle inquiries by providing clear, accurate, and professional solutions
  • Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
  • Collaborate with international teams in a multicultural environment
  • Deliver high-quality service while working remotely or on-site, depending on the role
What Were Looking For:
  • Fluency in one of the following languages:
    Danish, Dutch, Finnish, German, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, or Slovak
  • Good command of English (for internal communication)
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently (especially in a remote setup)
  • Candidates must be based in Greece or willing to relocate
  • Reliable home office environment (for remote positions)
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive salary depending on language — paid over 14 salaries annually
