The role in detail
As a
Technology Consultant
you will contribute to the successful delivery of complex initiatives in dynamic, enterprise environments. You'll collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, translate business needs into actionable solutions, and ensure the effective execution of strategic programs. This is a hybrid role at the intersection of
technology delivery
and
business transformation
.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document clear, detailed requirements aligned with strategic goals.
• Analyze current business processes, systems, and data flows to identify improvement opportunities and propose optimized, technology-driven solutions.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications, supporting documentation, and process models.
• Support the design and implementation of technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
• Coordinate with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and solution adoption.
• Contribute to testing, validation, and change management activities across the project lifecycle.
• Provide insights and recommendations on emerging technologies and digital transformation trends.

The key requirements of this role are:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant field
• 2–5 years' experience in technology consulting, business analysis, project management or PMO roles, ideally in enterprise environments
• Proven experience managing timelines, budgets, resource dependencies, and multi-stakeholder communication
• Experience in process documentation, analysis, and specification of system requirements for business processes
• Proficiency in project tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and MS Project
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both technical and business-facing
• Experience in banking or financial services projects will be considered a strong asset
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks
