OPERATIONS MANAGER

Ο υποψήφιος /α θα αναλάβει, σε συνεργασία με την κεντρική διεύθυνση της εταιρείας , την οργάνωση , τον συντονισμό και την καθημερινή εύρυθμη λειτουργία ξενοδοχειακής μονάδας της εταιρείας.

Κύρια καθήκοντα:

  • Συνεχής έλεγχος των εσόδων - εξόδων του ξενοδοχείου και των επιμέρους τμημάτων
  • Συνεχής έλεγχος της ποιότητας των παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών του καταλύματος και των επιμέρους τμημάτων σε συνάρτηση με τα standards της εταιρείας
  • Σε συνεργασία με τον Υπεύθυνο Προσωπικού, είναι υπεύθυνος για το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου: ωράρια εργασίας, συνθήκες εργασίας και διαμονής, διαδικασίες πρόσληψης εργαζομένων του ξενοδοχείου, εμφάνιση και συμπεριφορά προσωπικού στο χώρο εργασίας , διασφάλιση ομαδικότητας και ομαλής συνεργασίας , επίλυση προβλημάτων προσωπικού
  • Έλεγχος αγορών , παραγγελιών και κοστολογίων των επιμέρους τμημάτων του ξενοδοχείου
  • Διαχείριση σχέσεων πελατών , διαχείριση παραπόνων και δυνατότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων πελατών
  • Τήρηση των διαδικασιών και των standards της εταιρείας

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Απόφοιτος /η σχολής τουριστικών επιχειρήσεων ή διοίκησης επιχειρήσεων με εξειδίκευση στον ξενοδοχειακό κλάδο
  • Αξιόλογη προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε ξενοδοχείο 3 ή 4 αστέρων
  • Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ και Microsoft Office
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
  • Επιθυμητή η γνώση επιπλέον ξένων γλωσσών
  • Γνώσεις διαδικασιών υγιεινής , ασφάλειας και διαχείρισης των τροφίμων (HACCP)
  • Δυνατότητα μετακινήσεων σε όλες τις ξενοδοχειακές μονάδες της εταιρείας
  • Οργανωτικές , διοικητικές και ηγετικές ικανότητες
  • Επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες, ώστε να εξασφαλίζεται άριστο κλίμα εμπιστοσύνης και συνεργασίας
  • Ευελιξία και ικανότητα διαχείρισης και επίλυσης προβλημάτων , κρίσεων και παραπόνων πελατών
  • Υπευθυνότητα , διορατικότητα , διαλλακτικότητα
  • Δυνατότητα εργασίας υπό συνθήκες πίεσης
