Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Thessaloniki. The Administrative Assistant will perform day-to-day tasks such as managing clerical duties, scheduling appointments, answering and making phone calls, and supporting executive staff. The role also involves maintaining organized records, ensuring smooth office operation, and managing communications effectively to assist in the efficient running of the office.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Communication
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in office productivity software and tools
- Professional demeanor with excellent attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures is an advantage
