Position Overview

We are looking for a
Project Manager
to join our energetic team in
Chania, Greece
. This is a
full-time
,
on-site position
ideal for professionals passionate about research, innovation, and sustainability. You will lead and support the
planning
,
implementation, and delivery
of EU-funded research projects—ensuring milestones are achieved on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. The roles involve close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, overseeing logistics, documentation, and overall project performance.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate day-to-day project management activities across multiple initiatives.

· Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (partners, funders, etc.).

· Track project timelines, outputs, and deliverables to ensure compliance

· Organize and support project meetings, workshops, and dissemination activities.

· Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation required by funding bodies.

· Ensure the content consistency and high quality standards of the project outcomes

· Identify risks and proactively recommend mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in
Engineering, Physics
or a related field.

· Proven experience in
project management
, preferably in EU-funded projects.

· Excellent
organizational
,
time management
, and
multitasking
skills.

· Strong
interpersonal
and
communication
skills, both verbal and written.

· Fluency in
English and Greek
(written and spoken).

· Ability to work effectively within a
collaborative, team-oriented environment
.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in the
energy
,
environmental
, or
sustainability
sectors.

· Educational background in Engineering

· Familiarity with EU project frameworks such as Horizon Europe, Interreg, LIFE, Erasmus +.
