Your responsibilities:

  • Create visually compelling content tailored to diverse clients across various industries
  • Craft engaging copy for captions, slogans, taglines, and storytelling across digital platforms
  • Contribute ideas and concepts for campaigns and brand messaging
  • Stay aligned with brand tone and style while ensuring creative consistency

Requirements:

  • Ability to develop fresh and engaging ideas for both visuals and copy
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and how content performs across them
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard for quality
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Clear and effective communication
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently

Strong good-to-haves:

  • Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Previous experience in a similar role (agency, client-side, or freelance)
  • Undergraduate or postgraduate studies in a related field (e.g. Marketing, Design, Communications)

Hiring Journey:

  • Written Assessment
    : Candidates who pass the initial screening will receive a creative assessment via email to showcase their skills. Once you submit your work, please allow us up to 3 days to evaluate it.
  • Face-to-Face Interview
    : Successful candidates will be invited to our Athens office for an in-person interview to meet the team. We will review this round and get back to you within 3 days.
  • Final Interview
    : A final conversation to discuss the role in depth and ensure a mutual fit. You will hear from us within 5 days of your final interview.
  • Offer
    : A conditional offer will be extended to the successful candidate.
