Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a CDP (Chef de Partie) Pastry onboard a vessel. The CDP Pastry will be responsible for preparing and baking pastries and desserts, ensuring hygiene and food safety standards are maintained, and contributing creative ideas for new pastry items. Daily tasks include preparing ingredients, baking pastry items, maintaining a clean workspace, and assisting with the overall operation of the pastry section.
