Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Travel Agent position based in Ilion. The Travel Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with travel arrangements including reservations, ticket bookings, and car rentals. They will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, tailor travel packages to client needs, and ensure a smooth travel experience. The role also includes sales responsibilities to promote travel products and services.
Qualifications
- Experience in Reservations and Travel Arrangements
- Strong Customer Service skills to assist and communicate with clients
- Knowledge of Car Rental and related travel logistics
- Proficiency in Sales to promote travel packages and services
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in using relevant booking systems and software
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Background in travel, hospitality, or tourism is beneficial
