Role Description

The Salesperson will be responsible for managing customer relationships, answering product inquiries, processing sales transactions, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include maintaining product displays, tracking inventory levels, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires close collaboration with other team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers
• Sales experience, preferably in retail or pet products
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of pet products and care is preferred
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory management
• Fluency in Greek; knowledge of English is an advantage
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or customer service is a plus
