About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile
UX Writer
to join our team on an exciting,

stealth-mode health tech project. This is a
hands-on role
, ideal for individuals who

thrive on ownership and making a meaningful impact. The UX writing requirements

for this project are scoped to be fully manageable by a single dedicated

professional. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers

to ensure our product communicates effectively and empathetically with users.

Location:
Greece-based (hybrid: approximately 60% remote, 40% on-site/travel)

Key Responsibilities:

● Craft concise, accessible, and engaging copy across digital touchpoints

(product flows, error messages, onboarding, microcopy, etc.).

● Partner with design and product teams to create seamless, human-centered

user experiences.

● Ensure consistent tone, terminology, and style across the product.

● Contribute to the development of content guidelines and best practices for

the team.

● Adapt content to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and inclusivity.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or similar role.

● Demonstrated success working across cross-functional teams.

● Native-level fluency in
Greek
and
English
, with exceptional writing and

editing skills in both.

● Ability to balance creativity with clarity, precision, and usability.

● Strong portfolio showcasing UX writing work across a range of products and

contexts.

●
Familiarity with health tech terminology, concepts, and

communication standards is highly preferred. Strong candidates

without direct experience in health tech will also be considered.

● Must be based in Greece, with willingness to travel and work on-site as

required (approx. 40%).

Preferred Experience (Nice to Have):

● Professional background in health tech, digital health, or related industries.

● Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles.

● Experience in both startup and large organizational environments.
