We are looking for a qualified, ambitious full-time Associate to Senior Associate Level in Finance to join our team in our Athens office. You will ideally have experience in Real Estate. This is an exciting opportunity to join Monterock Finance team, a fast-paced working environment with leeway for out-of-the-box thinking, direction and growth.

Position/Level

Associate to Senior Associate Level in Finance (Athens based) reporting to Finance Head

Responsibilities

· Prepare and modify financial models

· IM preparation

· Monitor and report ongoing projects

· Liaise with other business units to collect information for the ongoing and future projects

· Assist in deal execution (preparing Data Room, collect data, edit and review contracts)

Prerequisites

· Critical and analytical thinking

· Problem Solving and out-of-the-box thinking

· Advanced Excel modeling skills

· Excellent presentation skills (PowerPoint)

· Excellent command of English

·
Strong commercial acumen and exceptional organizational abilities

·
Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional environments

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree (pref. in Finance), Postgraduate degree is a plus

· 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Real Estate and/or Hospitality (through Finance Team of Owner/Operator, Investment Banking or Consulting)
