Role & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate façade and aluminium system installation works on site.

• Ensure construction quality and compliance with project technical specifications.

• Communicate effectively with the engineering team, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve on-site technical matters.

• Manage and document technical issues (RFIs, NCRs, As-Built records, etc.).

• Contribute to maintaining project timelines and smooth workflow execution.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (University or Technical Institute).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in façade, curtain wall, or aluminium systems projects.

• Strong knowledge of technical drawings and design software (AutoCAD / Revit).

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English.

• Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and solution-focused mindset.
