IT Technician

Reports to: IT Manager

Work location: Nea Ionia & on-site for stores visit

Short job description: Supports the company's stores and head office by installing and maintaining IT hardware/software, managing inventory, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating equipment orders with suppliers. The role involves both remote support and on-site work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (POS, PCs, laptops, printers, network devices, various peripherals etc.).
• Provide remote and in-field technical support for the stores and company internal teams (headquarters, warehouse).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and service-related issues.
• Manage IT inventory and maintain accurate asset records.
• Order IT equipment and supplies from approved vendors.
• Support store openings, relocations, and equipment upgrades.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Two years or more of experience in IT Technician / IT Support role.
• Knowledge of IT equipment installation/configuration, hardware/software troubleshooting, networking, and Windows/Android/Microsoft365 environments.
• POS or retail IT experience is a plus.
• Organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to store locations.
