About the role
As Assistant Housekeeping Manager at PHĀEA, you support the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Your duties include managing daily activities, supervising staff, conducting inspections, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring health and safety compliance, all contributing to a welcoming environment for guests.

Job Fit- Responsibilities
- Implement Housekeeping brand strategy in line with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and hospitality policies.
- Supervise staff to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Address guest concerns and ensure room readiness.
- Conduct cleanliness inspections of rooms and public areas.
- Report and assist in resolving maintenance issues.
Must-Have:
- Proven working experience in housekeeping within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera) and MS Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- English language proficiency.
Nice-to-Have:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field.
- Experience in international luxury brands.
