Our Client is a world-leading manufacturer in the Oil and Gas Industry.

For their growing operations in Viotia, they are looking for an '
Electrical Maintenance Supervisor'.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the Electrical Maintenance Team, ensuring peak reliability and performance across all plant systems.

Drive a strong safety-first culture, with strict adherence to HSE standards.

Manage preventive and corrective maintenance strategies, while delivering cost savings and efficiency gains.

Take ownership of investment projects in electrical engineering—from design through execution.

Analyze equipment performance, troubleshoot failures, and implement solutions that maximize uptime.

Coordinate resources, contractors, and shutdown activities across the plant.

Mentor, train, and develop your team to achieve operational excellence.

You Profile:

Degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably from a Polytechnic school.

10+ years' experience in electrical maintenance within a plant environment.

Proven track record in leading teams and managing contractors.

Expertise in troubleshooting, reliability improvement, and project delivery.

Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Fluent in English with high integrity, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
