kpapadopoulos Design & Engineering is a CSP (Crestron Service Provider) company specializing in high-end automation solutions. We design and program systems from scratch and also consult on, fix, maintain, and upgrade existing systems in both residential and business environments. Our commitment to quality means that we are available 24/7 and stand behind all our work. We are flexible to accommodate remote and local work, ensuring reliable and custom solutions for our clients.

What you'll work on:

  • Developing
    CH5 (Crestron HTML5) interfaces
  • Building modular, responsive UIs
    for luxury residential and superyacht projects
  • Creating
    self-contained 3-file bundles (HTML/SCSS/JS)
    optimized for Crestron touch panels
  • Implementing
    clean event handling
    for Crestron control logic
  • Optimizing performance (lightweight bundles, smooth animations, SVG-based graphics)

Requirements:

  • Strong skills in
    HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with React (or Svelte/Vue) + TypeScript
    (React preferred)
  • Familiarity with
    Crestron CH5 and CrComLib
    (or ability to learn very quickly)
  • Understanding of
    UI/UX for embedded/web apps
    (responsive layouts, touch-first design)
  • Ability to write
    clean, reusable code
    that integrates seamlessly with Crestron systems

Nice to have:

  • Experience in
    home automation / AV control / IoT
  • Exposure to progressive web apps (PWAs)
    and
    offline caching
  • Basic knowledge of SIMPL Windows / SIMPL+ / SIMPL#
    (not required, but useful)
