The
Council of International Chambers of Commerce (CICC)
is hiring
Management Trainees
to join our global team. This program is designed for
fresh graduates and young professionals
who are eager to gain international experience, develop leadership skills, and build a long-term career with CICC.

What You'll Do

  • Participate in structured
    virtual training sessions
    (Fridays & Saturdays)
  • Work on
    remote fieldwork projects
    (Monday–Thursday)
  • Collaborate with an international team across multiple sectors and regions
  • Contribute to real CICC initiatives and gain hands-on experience in
    management, business development, and global engagement

What We're Looking For

  • Fresh graduates or early-career professionals in
    management, business, or related fields
  • Strong interest in
    leadership, international cooperation, and business development
  • Excellent communication skills (English required, additional languages a plus)
  • Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced global environment

Program Structure


Training Phase (3 months)

  • Virtual sessions + practical fieldwork projects
  • Mentorship, case studies, and weekly assignments
  • Certification upon successful completion


Employment Phase

  • After training, successful candidates will be offered roles within CICC global departments, divisions, or branches
