Customer Advisor Remote from Anywhere in Greece

We're looking for Customer Advisors to join an international team and work remotely from Greece.

Whether you're already living in Greece or planning to move here from abroad, we'll help you get started — and support your remote setup every step of the way.

What You'll Do:

• Help customers via phone, email, or chat

• Provide clear and friendly assistance

• Solve issues professionally and efficiently

• Work with your team to deliver great service

Remote Work Setup:

• If relocating, you'll start remotely from Athens or nearby

• After training, you can work from anywhere in Greece

• Already in Greece? Start remote from your current location

Relocation Package (for EU candidates moving to Greece):

• Flight ticket from any EU country

• 2 weeks hotel stay

• Airport pickup

• Real estate agency fee covered

Requirements:

• Speak ONE of these languages fluently (C2):
  
  → German OR Polish OR Dutch OR Italian OR Spanish

• Speak English at B2 level or higher

• Good communication and multitasking skills

• Comfortable with using a computer

• EU passport required
