About the location:

Located on the coastline of Kalo Livadi Bay, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, will offer 94 spacious rooms, villas, and suites with exquisite views of the Aegean Sea. The brand-new build will take shape on an unspoiled 60,000 square meters of land, spanning from the sandy beaches to the picturesque coastal cliffs. To honor the culture and heritage of the destination, the Resort will be built in the Cycladic style that is synonymous with Mykonos, featuring white cubic architecture with bright spots of blue. The hotel will redefine luxury hospitality on the island. The Resort will offer an exciting variety of restaurants and bars, such as an al-fresco pool-side Italian venue, an authentic Mykonian Kafeneio, a contemporary steak house, and a vibrant beach club. In year 2, this will be supplemented with a Marina.

The Role of Concierge Agent:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for the Concierge Agent - Seasonal to join our Four Seasons Resort Mykonos opening team in Greece

Reporting to the Chief Concierge, you will play an important role throughout the pre-opening phase and future Spa, Wellness, and Fitness operations, ensuring the successful preparation and execution of all departmental standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a world-class team at one of the most anticipated new openings in the region. As Spa Manager, you will oversee the creation and implementation of all Spa and Wellness services, leading a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for departmental readiness, team development, and operational excellence while achieving revenue and sales targets in line with the resort's budgets. Through thoughtful leadership and attention to detail, you will ensure that every aspect of the Spa reflects the Four Seasons philosophy of care, balance, and personalized wellbeing. 

Our ideal Concierge Agent candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a Concierge, Front Desk, or Guest Services role within a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Strong administrative and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple channels of guest correspondence.
  • A passion for service and destination knowledge, with an enthusiasm for creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to manage requests efficiently and perform under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with guests, colleagues, and local partners.
  • Comfortable using hotel software and guest experience platforms.
  • Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English; Greek language would be ideal. A second foreign language is considered an asset.
