Ο/Η Fashion Designer θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για τον σχεδιασμό και την ανάπτυξη νέων γυναικείων συλλογών υψηλής αισθητικής, με έμφαση στην επιλογή υφασμάτων, χρωμάτων, prints και λεπτομερειών/διακοσμητικών στοιχείων (trims). Θα συνεργάζεται στενά με τον/την Creative Director, τους pattern makers και τους sample makers ώστε κάθε κομμάτι να εκφράζει την αισθητική υπογραφή και το ύφος της DLV by Darlin, διασφαλίζοντας άψογη εφαρμογή και ποιότητα.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Σχεδιασμός νέων συλλογών σύμφωνα με την αισθητική και την ταυτότητα της DLV by Darlin
  • Έρευνα τάσεων, χρωμάτων, prints, υφασμάτων και λεπτομερειών (trims)
  • Δημιουργία moodboards, χρωματικών παλετών και τεχνικών σχεδίων (flats) για παραγωγή
  • Ανάπτυξη και τοποθέτηση prints σε συνεργασία με το δημιουργικό team
  • Συνεργασία με pattern makers και sample makers για άριστη εφαρμογή
  • Επιλογή υφασμάτων, συντονισμός με προμηθευτές, δειγματισμοί και fitting sessions
  • Συμμετοχή στην ανάπτυξη νέων concepts, storytelling και καμπανιών

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο σε Fashion Design
  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση (ιδανικά σε γυναικείο brand)
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop ή αντίστοιχων εργαλείων
  • Καλή κατανόηση πατρόν & garment construction
  • Γνώση ή εμπειρία σε print design / placement θα θεωρηθεί σημαντικό πλεονέκτημα
  • Δημιουργικότητα, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και ισχυρή αισθητική ταυτότητα
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα, επαγγελματισμός και συνέπεια στα deadlines
