Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support high-impact international projects. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing and validating functional and non-functional requirements, coordinating user engagement activities, supporting testing and transition efforts, and contributing to project feasibility assessments. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across business and technical teams to ensure that delivered solutions meet business needs and quality standards.

Remote | 7+ years of experience required

• Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder engagement.
• Produce detailed documentation, including user stories, workflows, process flows, UML diagrams, and wireframes.
• Coordinate and lead requirement walkthroughs and validation sessions with stakeholders.
• Guide stakeholders through UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and manage defect tracking and resolution.
• Conduct feasibility studies and rapid assessments of IT solutions to determine technical fit.
• Develop test plans, scenarios, and cases in alignment with project timelines.
• Prepare user documentation, technical documentation, and materials for service transition.
• Engage with the PMO and actively contribute to meetings, reporting, and governance activities.
• Support knowledge transfer to operational and support teams.

Requirements

• First-level university degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• At least 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with proven success in transforming requirements into working solutions.

• Experience with medium to large-scale cross-functional systems in a global or international setting.
• Strong client engagement and facilitation skills; proven ability to run interviews, lead workshops, and focus groups.
• Solid analytical abilities with demonstrated documentation excellence.
• Ability to produce high-quality user stories, UML diagrams, wireframes, and mock-ups.
• Proficiency with project and change management processes and software development lifecycle.
• Strong collaboration experience with multicultural, distributed teams across time zones.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently under time pressure.
• Familiarity with data management and administrative or health-related domains.
• Required Certificates:
• • Professional certification in analysis methodologies, such as IIBA-CCBA/CBAP or PMI-BPA (preferred).
• Desirable: Advanced degree in data management, business administration, or related field.

• Are experienced in Agile methods and/or design thinking practices.
• Have worked in international organizations (UN or similar) or federated environments.
• Are comfortable working in fast-paced projects with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Have strong writing, communication, and presentation skills tailored for senior-level stakeholders.
