is seeking to recruit an entry-level professional to join our Accounting team in an
Invoice Checking role
. This position supports the execution of daily accounting tasks and offers the opportunity to develop skills and gain experience in the maritime industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Verify, categorize, and register invoices in the Danaos ERP system
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices
  • Assist the Accounting Protocol team with various ad hoc tasks as needed

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • BSc in Shipping, Accounting, or a related field
  • Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. Danaos) will be considered an advantage
  • Experience with MS Office suite will be considered an advantage
  • Detail-orientation and analytical skills
  • Team-oriented mindset
