Art Director
για να ενταχθεί στην in-house δημιουργική της ομάδα.

Καθήκοντα

• Δημιουργία πρωτότυπων concepts με σύγχρονη αισθητική.

• Πολύ καλή οπτικοποίηση ιδεών με παραγωγή storyboards, προσχεδίων, μακετών

• Κατανόηση των marketing initiatives, της στρατηγικής τοποθέτησης και του target  audience σύμφωνα με τα marketing guidelines της εταιρείας.

• Συνεργασία με την υπόλοιπη ομάδα μάρκετινγκ για δημιουργία λολοποιήσεων σε διαφορετικά είδη μέσων.

• Διαχείριση έργου από το concept μέχρι την τελική εκτέλεση εντός προθεσμιών.

• Παρακολούθηση των τάσεων και τήρηση των best practices.

Απαιτήσεις

• Πτυχίο BA ή MA, fine arts η γραφιστικής.

• 5+ χρόνια εργασιακής εμπειρίας με πλήρη έκθεση σε ευρύ φάσμα μέσων επικοινωνίας digital (συμπεριλαμβανομένων social media, websites, mobile apps, video) και print (έντυπα, marketing υλικά, υλικά POS).

• Δημιουργικότητα.

• Εμπειρία σε σχεδιασμό λογοτύπων, τυπογραφία, επεξεργασία εικόνας, χρώμα, web layout design, παραγωγή εντύπου και σχεδιασμό συσκευασίας.

• Αποδεδειγμένες δεξιότητες γραφιστικής με ευρύ portfolio σε πολλές εφαρμογές.

• Ικανότητα κατανόησης του brief και αποτελεσματικής λήψης οδηγιών

• Ομαδικό πνεύμα με εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές και δεξιότητες παρουσίασης.

• Ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση και παράδοσης υψηλής ποιότητας εργασιών σε στενά χρονικά πλαίσια.

• Υψηλό επίπεδο γνώσης των τελευταίων art και design πακέτων, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του Adobe Creative Suite.

• Πολύ καλή κατανόηση της φωτογραφίας και της παραγωγής video.

• Δυνατότητα χειρισμού προγραμμάτων επεξεργασίας video, όπως Premiere και After Effects ή προγραμμάτων UI/UX θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.

successful presence in Greece, is in search of an experienced Αrt Director to join its in-house creative team.

Responsibilities

• Generate creative ideas and original concepts
• Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas.
• Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
• Cooperate with the rest of the marketing team across different types of media
• Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
• Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices

Requirements

• BA or MA degree in fine arts, graphic design, or similar discipline.
• 5+ years of working experience as Art Director with full exposure to a wide spectrum of communications media such as digital, (including websites, mobile apps or emails) print, marketing materials, television and video.
• Strong creative vision and fresh ideas.
• Hands on experience with design for digital and social media, logo design, typography, image manipulation, color, web layout design, catalogue and POS,, print production and packaging.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well
• Team player with great communication and presentation skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Detail oriented
• High level knowledge of the latest art and design packages including Adobe Creative Suite.
• A very good understanding of photography and film or video.
• Knowledge of video production software such as Premier or After Effects or UI/UX software will be considered a plus.
