Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Thessaloniki Metropolitan Area. As a Lawyer at SLBL, you will handle a variety of legal duties, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, providing legal advice in dept consolidation, trademark registratikn and pension law , and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Daily responsibilities also involve researching legal issues, representing clients in legal matters, and collaborating with other team members on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in legal drafting, contract review, and negotiation
  • Strong knowledge of corporate and business law
  • Excellent research, analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and client relationship management abilities
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English; additional language knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with regulatory compliance is an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently as needed
  • A law degree and valid license to practice law
