What we're looking for

We are looking for an Entry-Level IT Support Specialist to join our help desk team and assist with basic support tasks (e.g., Windows installations). At least 1 year of prior professional experience in any field is required.

Responsibilities

Receive and manage support requests via ticketing system, phone, or email.

Install Windows 10/11, perform basic configurations, drivers & updates.

Configure Microsoft 365 at user level: Outlook profiles, OneDrive sync.

Troubleshoot common everyday IT issues.

Provide remote support to clients.

Document actions and update internal knowledge base/guides.

Required Qualifications

Good understanding of Windows 10/11 usage and installation.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 user-level setup (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams basics).

Excellent communication skills in Greek and ability to understand technical documentation in English.

Team spirit, reliability, eagerness to learn, and ability to follow procedures.

Nice-to-Have

Basic Active Directory (reset/unlock accounts, join domain).

Exposure to M365 administration, Windows Server, and Intune.

Basic PowerShell knowledge.

Driving license.

Location & Schedule

Office location: Kallithea, Athens.

Work hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00.
