is seeking to recruit a high-caliber, experienced individual to join our Software Development team based in Athens as a
Power Platform Solution Architect
. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading digital transformation initiatives for large European public institutions and private companies by architecting, designing, and overseeing scalable business solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform.
What you will do...
- Design and implement enterprise-grade end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse).
- Develop scalable and maintainable applications using both Canvas and Model-driven Apps.
- Architect integrations with external systems using Azure services, custom connectors, APIs, SharePoint, SQL, and Dynamics 365.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into secure, reliable, and performant technical solutions.
- Lead the development lifecycle, including governance, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), CI/CD, and environment strategies.
- Provide technical leadership to developers and citizen developers, ensuring best practices are applied consistently.
- Oversee data modeling and security architecture in line with compliance and organizational standards.
- Conduct code reviews, architectural reviews, and knowledge transfer/training sessions for internal and client teams.
- Prepare and maintain solution documentation.
What is your experience…
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven hands-on experience architecting and developing solutions using the full Microsoft Power Platform suite.
- Deep understanding of Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps, REST APIs, and integration patterns.
- Experience in designing solutions at enterprise scale, preferably for large organizations or government bodies.
- Familiarity with Power Platform ALM using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
- Solid understanding of security models, licensing, and governance within the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Experience in mentoring development teams and overseeing implementation quality.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience in the following technologies will be considered an asset
:
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600)
- Other Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform Developer, Azure Solutions Architect, Dynamics 365) are a plus.
- Experience with Power BI and Power Virtual Agents.
