Votre mission

Position : Multibrand Trainer | Full Time | Permanent Contract | Based in Giannena

Within a brand's network, develop knowledge, image and awareness in order to boost sales (sell-out) for one of the group's brands in a given area

• Provide training to point-of-sale/pharmacy and non-pharmacy staff on products, related guidance and/or over-the-counter sales either face-to-face or remotely depending on the strategy defined by management
• Conduct presentations and activities aimed at the consumer
• By fostering strong professional relations, motivate and encourage pharmacy teams to give product advice through coaching and implementing sales commitment strategies
• Organize and lead public relations events (training evenings, workshops, half/full training days, etc.) either face-to-face or remotely
• Ensure regular feedback is provided from the field on Pierre Fabre products and the competition
• Work in synergy with other members of the Pierre Fabre team in charge of the area (KAM, merch, sales reps) to gather information/needs/issues from points of sale in the area
• Help create/adapt training materials
