Η Optimal, για λογαρισμό πελάτη της, μεγάλης εταιρείας στον χώρο των δανειακών απαιτήσεων, αναζητεί Senior Financial Advisor.

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Παροχή υψηλής ποιότητας επικοινωνίας εισερχομένων & εξερχομένων κλήσεων
  • Ταυτοποίηση των αναγκών του πελάτη και της ικανότητάς του για πληρωμή
  • Συμφωνία σε ένα σχέδιο αποπληρωμής του χρέους του πελάτη σύμφωνα με την αντίστοιχη πολιτική

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Τουλάχιστον 3 χρόνια αποδεδειγμένης επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας σε παρόμοια θέση.
  • Ικανότητες επικοινωνίας και διαπραγμάτευσης.
  • Προσανατολισμός στα αποτελέσματα.
  • Άνεση στην εργασία υπό συνθήκες υψηλής πίεσης και σε ευέλικτο πλάνο παράδοσης.
  • Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας και ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, τόσο προφορικές όσο και γραπτές.
  • Πτυχίο στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή σε σχετικό τομέα.
