Sword Services Greece is seeking a Microsoft Help Desk Engineer to join our dynamic IT Service Management Team and enable the implementation of a Level 2 Tech Support platform for our EU customers. The successful candidates need to have experience with Windows 10/11, SharePoint, Office 365 (for L2 Support), and Azure technologies (for L2 Support).

What you will do...

  • Provide Level 1 support, maintenance, and troubleshooting (PCs, printers, smartphones, etc.) for our customers;
  • Call-taking and incident ticket management in our Service Management tools;
  • Daily monitoring of customers' infrastructure;
  • Update operational documentation and propose improvements;
  • Participate in projects to deploy, configure, and evolve our clients' IT infrastructures;
  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for our customers in an on-premise/Azure hybrid cloud environment on-premises and remotely;
  • Technical implementation of solutions and troubleshooting.

What is your experience...

  • Min 1 year of experience as a general support worker on Windows systems and the Office suite (Windows 10 & 11, MS 365) & SharePoint;
  • Fluency in French (C1 level);
  • Fluency in English (C1 and above);
  • Experience with IT Service Management tools.

Experience in the following will be considered an asset:

  • Windows Server;
  • Intune / Azure AD;
  • Scripting PowerShell;
  • Apple ecosystem (OSX, iPad, iPhone, etc.);
  • Cisco LAN/WAN;
  • Virtualization (VMWare);
  • Managing Users in Active Directory;
  • Knowledge of German language.
