Σκοπός μας είναι να βοηθήσουμε τους πελάτες μας να δημιουργήσουν ένα καλύτερο σπίτι/χώρο, προτείνοντας ολοκληρωμένες λύσεις από τον σχεδιασμό ως και την επιλογή των προϊόντων σύμφωνα με τις προσωπικές τους προτιμήσεις.

"Store Renovation Specialist Leader"

Η καθημερινότητα σου:

  • Πραγματοποιείς ραντεβού με τον πελάτη με σκοπό την συλλογή πληροφοριών σχετικά με το έργο ανακαίνισης

  • Παρουσίαση των διαθεσιμων εκθέσεων μέσα στο κατάστημα και των προϊόντων μας

  • Σχεδιασμός χώρου ή ολόκληρου σπιτιού

  • Δημιουργία προσφοράς προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών σύμφωνα με το προτεινόμενο σχέδιο

  • Δημιουργία χρονοδιαγράμματος νέας κατασκευής και έλεγχος του έργου από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος προκειμένου να διασφαλιστεί υψηλή ποιότητα και ο λειτουργικός σχεδιασμός

  • Ενεργή συνεργασία και επικοινωνία με επαγγελματίες κατασκευαστές και τεχνίτες

  • Συμβολή στην επίτευξη των εμπορικών στόχων του καταστήματος

Θα είναι ο τέλειος συνδυασμός αν έχεις:

  • Πτυχίο σχετικό με την κατασκευή κτιρίων (Αρχιτέκτων, Πολιτικός Μηχανικός, Σχεδιαστής Εσωτερικών/Εξωτερικών Χώρων, Τεχνικός Κατασκευών κ.λπ

  • Αποδεδειγμένη εργασιακή εμπειρία 3 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση ή στην κατασκευή κτιρίων ή σε αρχιτεκτονικό γραφείο

  • Εξαιρετικές δεξιότητες σχεδίου και εξοικείωση με λογισμικά σχεδιασμού (Autocad 2D, Archicad, Sketch up, Adobe Photoshop )

  • Project Management skills - Διαχείριση έργου (επίβλεψη έργων από την σχεδίαση μέχρι την ολοκλήρωση)

  • Άριστες δεξιότητες γραπτής και προφορικής επικοινωνίας.

  • Άριστη γνώση της ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας (προφορικά και γραπτά)

  • Άριστη γνώση MS office (Word , PowerPoint, Excel)
