We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our founding team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end of our platform. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced startup environment with the potential for significant personal and professional growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure backend services (Golang or Python)
  • Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using React
  • Collaborate closely with the founding team to define product requirements and architecture
  • Participate in technical decision-making and drive the evolution of our platform
  • Implement best practices for testing, deployment, and code quality
  • Explore and integrate AI tools where relevant to enhance product capabilities

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in full-stack development
  • Strong proficiency in Golang or Python for backend development
  • Experience with React
  • Understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with cloud services, APIs, and version control (Git)
  • Experience or interest in AI tools and their application in product development is a plus
  • Self-starter mentality and comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team
