Responsibilities

As a Junior Valuation Specialist, you will:

  • Valuation Reports
    : Assist in preparing property valuation reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international standards (TEGOVA, RICS).
  • Market Research
    : Conduct detailed market analysis to support valuations, including property comparisons, market trends, and economic factors.
  • Advisory Services
    : Support the advisory team in property repositioning, underwriting, and repossession projects.
  • Data Analysis
    : Analyze financial and property data to provide insights for valuation purposes.
  • Compliance
    : Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in all valuation and advisory processes.
  • Collaboration
    : Work closely with senior valuers, architects, surveyors, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Client Interaction
    : Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and present valuation findings under supervision.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Rural Planning or Survey Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture or relevant field
  • 1-2 years in real estate valuations or related fields (e.g., market research, property advisory).
  • Understanding of valuation methodologies (cost, income, sales comparison).
  • Proficient in Excel and valuation tools; strong analytical, research, and report-writing skills.
  • Fluency in English
  • Detail-oriented, committed to quality, and eager to learn and grow within a team.
