Αρμοδιότητες
Backoffice υποστήριξη
Συντονισμός & οργάνωση του γραφείου
Επικοινωνία με Πελάτες – Προμηθευτές
Υποστήριξη στο τμήμα πωλήσεων, marketing & events
Διαχείριση emails & τηλεφωνικού κέντρου
Προγραμματισμός συναντήσεων και συντονισμός αυτών
Οργάνωση ταξιδιών στο εσωτερικό / εξωτερικό
Σύνδεσμος επικοινωνίας μεταξύ της Διοίκησης και των τμημάτων
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Απόφοιτος ΙΕΚ ή Ανώτατου Εκπαιδευτικού ιδρύματος
Άριστη χρήση Η/Υ και άριστη γνώση Microsoft Office (outlook, excel ,word)
Πνεύμα ομαδικότητας
Ευχέρεια επικοινωνίας
Πολύ καλές οργανωτικές ικανότητες και κριτική αντίληψη για επίλυση
προβλημάτων και ανάληψη πρωτοβουλιών
Ικανότητα ταυτόχρονης εκτέλεσης πολλαπλών εργασιών
Δίπλωμα οδήγησης
Ξένες Γλώσσες :
Απαραίτητη η καλή χρήση γραπτού & προφορικού λόγου στα αγγλικά
