#YourRole Deloitte is seeking a talented and proactive Senior Consultant – Internal Communications to join the Brand & Communications team. This role will focus on crafting clear, engaging internal communications and supporting all social media, intranet, and website-related content needs, playing a key part in connecting our people to strategy, culture, and purpose. Working closely with the Brand and Communication team, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality written content, maintaining a consistent tone of voice across internal channels, and ensuring the effectiveness and accuracy of internal messaging. This position is ideal for a confident communicator with strong writing skills and experience managing internal content for different platforms to engage our professionals and build the Deloitte brand #KeyResponsibilities

• Develop and implement internal communications content that enhance employee engagement (newsletters, internal screens, invitations etc.);
• Manage and maintain content on the firm's intranet and internal communication platforms to ensure it remains current, relevant, and engaging;
• Support the development of written content for social media and our website;
• Ensure all content aligns with Deloitte's tone of voice, brand guidelines and channels (newsletters, invitations, intranet, website, social media, etc.) and that the communication strategy reflects the organization's strategic vision;
• Proofread materials and provide quality control;
• Understand and translate Deloitte brand and style guidelines into a clear, confident, and human voice;
• Collaborate with Brand and Communication members to develop content on time and on budget;
• Collaborate on the creation and execution of internal communication plans — contributing from initial concept to final copy;
• Manage deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously.

• 5 years of professional experience in internal communications, content writing, or digital communications, or related roles;
• Bachelor's degree in communications, or related field;
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and brand-consistent content and tailor messaging for various internal audiences;
• Conceptual, creative thinker with a passion for writing, storytelling, and the willingness to learn from others;
• Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint;
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to translate strategic information into accessible messaging for broad employee audiences;
• Ability to collaborate across teams, manage multiple content requests, and meet tight deadlines;
• Understanding of content accessibility standards and best practices for internal digital communications;
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Familiarity with internal communications platforms and tools (e.g. SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, email campaign platforms, intranet content management systems);
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with creativity and attention to detail.
