Administrative & Accounting Assistant

to support the company's growing operations. The ideal candidate will help ensure the smooth execution of daily administrative and accounting processes, maintaining accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting within a dynamic business environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in an organized accounting department, ideally with Category C / double-entry bookkeeping
  • Solid working knowledge of ERP systems (familiarity with
    PYLON/Epsilon

will be considered an asset)
- Excellent command of
Microsoft Office

, especially Excel
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Very good command of
English

- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload, and take initiative when needed

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and process accounting records and transactions
  • Perform account reconciliations and ensure data accuracy
  • Track and process employee expense reports
  • Monitor and update project-related reports and cash flow summaries according to management needs
