Conrad CorfuConrad Corfu, opening in 2026, is the latest addition to the Numo Hotels & Resorts portfolio. More than a place to stay, it's a destination where authentic Corfiot heritage meets stylish modern living, designed to connect people with culture, nature, and each other.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, wines, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor inventory and assist with stock management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
Requirements
- Degree from a bartender school or similar
- Knowledge and techniques of high level cocktails, knowledge of spirits and wine
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position in 5 * hotels or a la carte restaurants
- Very good knowledge of English language
- Knowledge of a second language would be an advantage
