A Dry Bulk Carriers Management Company, based in Athens' Southern Suburbs, is seeking an IT Supervisor to ensure smooth and secure IT operations for its headquarters and managed fleet.
The role supports a team of 30 professionals at the company's HQ, coordinating all major technical issues with external IT consultants while overseeing server, network, and workstation environments.
Responsibilities include maintaining cybersecurity and access control, managing licensing and audit readiness, daily IT support/ troubleshooting, coordinating vendors, and assisting with infrastructure upgrades.
The position will work closely with the Technical Department and also provide remote and on-board support to vessel systems—particularly during updates or critical interventions—to ensure seamless integration between shore and ship operations.
