Lubricants Ops Co-ordinator

Angelicoussis Group, one of the world's leading ship management organizations is looking for motivated and experienced Lubricants Ops Co-ordinator & Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-plan and optimize lubricant order placements based on vessels' ROBs, trade patterns, and contractual lubricant pricing.

• Liaise with the Group's Operations and Technical Departments in Greece and abroad to ensure alignment with fleet needs and requirements.

• Handle lubricant inquiries and orders; monitor daily operations to ensure smooth supply and timely delivery to vessels.

• Handle problem-solving and manage disputes or claims related to lubricants.

• Ensure the seamless operation of SAP and other company databases in relation to marine lubricant procurement.

• Oversee invoice verification and ensure timely payments in coordination with the Accounting Department.

• Maintain daily updates and alignment of internal databases.

• Conduct data analysis and develop analytical insights and reports related to lubricants, fuels, LNG, alternative fuels, CO₂, and stewardship.

• Identify best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to infrastructure, business tools, and databases, in collaboration with the 'Market Analyst and Marine Lubricants Team Lead'.

• Support lubricant contract renewals and renegotiations, including contracts linked to the Lubricants Desk (e.g., base oil index providers, lubricant platforms, etc.).

• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with physical lubricant suppliers and related vendors.
