So, what does a TaskUs Learning Experience Leader really do? Think of yourself as an advisor for the TaskUs' new and existing teammates, guiding them through the best paths to creative and successful careers at TaskUs. Imagine going to work every day with one thing on your mind: a passion for developing others and seeing them succeed. Your role was created to design and develop ongoing training programs that will give the TaskUs teammates the edge over our competition and the ability to appeal to the world's most disruptive companies. You will implement programs for TaskUs teams that will enhance their skills in every aspect of their role. You will be responsible for delivering training programs for new and current Teammates on new products/services, system changes, and/or new business initiatives.

You care deeply about helping others succeed. You love partnering with people, understanding how they learn, and coming up with creative approaches to educate them and keep them engaged in the classroom. You enjoy seeing your work benefit others. You enjoy teaching in the classroom but also know how important it is to make new employees successful in other areas. Requirements:

• Mandatory on-site presence (Thessaloniki)
• Experienced in the FinTech/Banking industry
• Must be fluent in English C1 - high level, both in writing and speaking, please upload a resume in English for consideration
• Exceptional soft and de-escalation skills
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Suite or Google applications
• Great interpersonal skills and a team player
• Highly organized and has a high sense of urgency
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, evenings, and long hours
• High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style
• Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills required
• Knowledge of Adult learning techniques, and instructional design concepts for computer-based training.
• Ability to clearly articulate thoughts
• Ability to think critically

Nice To Haves

• At least 1+ years of training experience in a call center or customer service environment
• Graduate or an active learner in the LXPA
