Αρμοδιότητες

· Προετοιμασία και παρασκευή κρύων και ζεστών γευμάτων

· Διασφάλιση τήρησης κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας στον χώρο εργασίας

· Παρακολούθηση της ποιότητας των πρώτων υλών και εξασφάλιση ότι τα πιάτα πληρούν υψηλά πρότυπα.

· Διαχείριση παραγγελιών και έλεγχος αποθέματος προϊόντων και τροφίμων

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

· Πτυχίο Μαγειρικής

· Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 2 έτη σε αντίστοιχο πόστο, ιδανικά σε ξενοδοχειακό περιβάλλον

· Γνώσεις διαχείρισης υλικών και μαγειρικών τάσεων

· Γνώση και τήρηση όλων των κανόνων υγιεινής & ασφάλειας
