LDK Consultants is looking for
experienced renewable energy experts
for upcoming assignments under major framework contracts that the company is implementing and for renewable energy projects for private sector clients.

Focus Countries: EU Member States, Serbia, Ukraine, Moldova, Jordan, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, and Egypt
. We welcome CVs from EU-based and local experts in the countries of focus.

The experts will provide technical support to consultancy assignments related to project development, technical due diligence and construction supervision of PV parks or wind farms.

The types of services to be provided are the following:

Due diligence & project preparation support:

  • Energy Production estimates
  • Technology track record and suitability of key equipment
  • Civil and electrical design review
  • Contractual arrangements (Supply of key equipment, EPC, O&M)
  • Procurement
  • Project schedules
  • Interconnection
  • Permitting
  • CAPEX and OPEX
  • Life Cycle Assessment

Feasibility studies
:

  • Technology options
  • Business models
  • Economic viability
  • Optimal design parameters
  • Operational strategy

The experts should fulfill the following qualifications:

  • University degree in engineering
  • Post graduate degree is considered an asset
  • Over 5 years of professional experience for the Junior Expert category
  • Over 10 years of professional experience for the Senior Expert category
  • Experience in one or more of the services stated above
  • Experience in working with IFIs such as the EBRD and EIB is a strong advantage
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in RES projects in one of the countries of focus (all EU Member States, Serbia, Ukraine, Moldova, Jordan, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, and Egypt)
  • Good working knowledge of English
  • Good working knowledge of French for experts interested in projects in Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia.
